Can I request a custom order?
Yes! If you have something in mind you would like for yourself or a loved one, please email me to firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your ideas further. I love to make to order. If you have a look at the Sold Items tab, you will find a number of commissioned pieces which can provide you with an idea of what I can do on request, including using any particular metals or gemstones.
How long will my order take to make and be delivered?
Most items are already uniquely handmade and are one-off creations so will be ready for despatch immediately. I ask for a week to arrange any pre-made items for despatch to you but if there is urgency in receipt of the item, please let me know before placing the order to ensure I can meet your preferred date.
If you are having something made to order or personalised, this will be made as quickly as possible and despatched to you. I will keep you informed by email as to lead time in these circumstances and any consequent variation.
I am not sure what size I am?
Where sizes are relevant, these will be included on the description for each piece of jewellery. If it is not detailed or you would like further information as to size, please email me. To measure a bangle, please provide the internal diameter of a bracelet you own so that I can match it.
For rings, please provide your ring size (you can pop along to any jewellers and they will usually measure you and provide your size to you).
If you are still not sure, please email me to email@example.com and I will try to help you with any sizing issues as you must be comfortable with any sizing agreed upon before placing your order.
Can I place an order by email?
Yes certainly. Please email me to firstname.lastname@example.org and I will be happy to process your order.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards and accept payment through Paypal.
What if my payment is not accepted?
Please check to see if there are any issues with your bank. If you are notified that the problem concerns our system, please email me and we will try to rectify as quickly as possible.
Can I transfer funds bank to bank?
Please contact me by email to email@example.com and I will send our bank details to you.
How will my order be sent??
If you are in the UK, your item will be sent by second class signed for. If the item is shipped internationally, this will be tracked to ensure delivery.
Can I have a refund of an order?
You must email me to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible on receipt to request a refund. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information about refunds. Any custom orders and earrings will not usually be eligible for exchange.

I have seen something on the website but it now seems to have disappeared?
Each item is handcrafted and usually one-of-a-kind. If it was previously on the website and is no longer listed, it probably means it has been sold online or at a craft fair/makers market recently. If you send an email to email@example.com, I may still be able to fulfill your order and make something almost the same/similar.
