~ HANDCRAFTED STERLING SILVER AND GREEK OVAL PEBBLE RING ~

• Created from sterling silver sheet and wire, this pebble ring has been crafted using traditional skills and techniques. I hand cut the base in a shape to suit the shape of the pebble. I textured the silver using a hammer to create a ripple effect.

• I handcrafted a silver frame (bezel) to hold the pebble and then soldered this to the base and then to an angular ring band.

• The smooth pebble was hand sourced from Greece and is a beautiful tan colour with blue coloured veins running through it. This was set within the silver bezel and burnished to smooth out the metal before being polished.

All of my jewellery is handcrafted at my East London studio using traditional silversmith skills and techniques. All pieces are generally one-offs but I do take custom orders so if you see something is sold, please get in touch and I may be able to make something similar. I hold a range of gems, authentic sea glass, sea pottery and beach finds from which you may choose to have a piece crafted to your size.
